-If you want a single handle moen to replace your old 3 handle valve 
-If you want to replace an old waltec 3 handle valve with a new 3 handle waltec valve 
-If your building main shutoff valve is broken the city will be called to shut it off at the street than we can replace it. we dont gamble
-anything else i will have to view options are limited unless your replacing the tub surround or full unit.
-If i have to cut tiles can cost a bit more for blades and time
