-All old toilets will be taken to the dump after
-All toilets installed with an anti slam seat (slow closing) besides cheaper model
-All prices with labour and materials
Generally takes 1.5 hours labour including picking up the toilet swapping them out and taking the old one to the dump with dump fee

-elongated toilet (more sanitary/commercial grade)
-comfort height toilet
-comfort height elongated toilet (more sanitary commercial grade)
-Cheaper hardware store toilet 
-If toilet flange is broken add 100-180 depends on how i have to fix it
-If toilet valve is broken at 80$ to repair unless house main is broken city must be called. we don't gamble
-If toilet is to be rebuilt new flapper, tank to bowl seal and fill valve with new waterline 250
- some flush seals might not be available so replacement will be recommended
-If repairing the toilet and toilet tank is rusted on will have to saw it off
